The Oxford College of Nursing promotes a culture of research, innovation, and evidence-based nursing practice, encouraging students and faculty to contribute to the advancement of healthcare. M.Sc. Nursing students undertake research projects under the guidance of experienced faculty, while faculty members actively participate in research publications, seminars, workshops, and national & international conferences.

Regular Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programmes and faculty development initiatives keep students and educators updated with the latest developments in nursing and healthcare. All research activities are conducted with a strong commitment to ethics, excellence, and lifelong learning.
