It gives me immense pleasure, as Chairman of The Oxford Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, to introduce this year’s magazine OXYGEN 5.I’m glad to witness our institution steadily progress toward higher standards of academic excellence, patient care, and healthcare innovation. Our vision has always been to create an environment where learning, compassion, ethics, and service go hand in hand.
Over the years, our institution has remained committed to strengthening healthcare delivery through continuous development of infrastructure, modernization of clinical services, and initiatives focused on improving patient experience and accessibility to quality care. We believe that true progress in medicine is achieved when knowledge, technology, and empathy work together.
